Our Story
Viola's Seaside Rentals originally opened in 1962 serving the tri-state area. Now in our 3rd generation of opertation we have catered to guests from around the country and Canada. Melchiorre and Maria Viola were first generation Italian-Americans built and operated spacious units for vacationers who wished to visit the Jersey shore. Next being passed on to their 3 daughters who continued the legacy for another 35 years. Now the generation of 3 grandsons continue to keep the tradition alive.
Viola's has the newest remodeled vacation rentals in Seaside Heights. 2017 was the first summer re-opened after a complete remodel after Hurricane Sandy. Viola's Seaside Rentals is family owned and operated. You will experience your Seaside Heights beach getaway as if you were part of our family. Our clean, quiet rentals are located on the north end of town and is across from the beach and boardwalk.
